We were on our way home from vacation and it was late. We pulled into Lambert’s parking lot hoping to get there before they closed but we missed it by minutes. A new employee, Bruce, was leaving when he talked to us about other places that might still be open. When nothing was to our liking, he said, “Hold on a minute and let me go talk to my manager.” He disappeared inside and minutes later he returned with the manager (BJ) who, upon hearing our story told us that while their kitchen was closed they had a few things to offer if we wanted. He asked us to keep in mind that it wouldn’t be the typical experience because there were few people left and that we should come again another time to really get the “true experience”. We were so honored that he’d offer and so we went inside with him. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot until we left, we were treated like royalty! These people really know the meaning of “Customer Service” and how to feed some hungry guests! We had a blast and just kept asking, “Do you treat everyone like this?” Indeed they did! And, the food was delicious and never ending!!! The thrown rolls were a hoot and the staff just kept coming by to ask if we needed anything else. We’d like to thank all of you who made the end of our vacation one of the best parts of our vacation and if this wasn’t up to par for a “true experience” then I can’t imagine how it could get any better! Again, we’ve never experienced Customer Service like we did at Lamberts!
